Outlook — paste method

1. Click Copy Formatted Signature above
2. Open Outlook
3. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner
4. In Settings, go to Mail → Compose and reply
5. In the Email signature section, click inside the editor and press Ctrl + V to paste
6. Under Signature defaults, choose whether to automatically include it on new messages and/or replies/forwards
7. Click Save

Outlook Desktop — Notepad method (if paste doesn't work)

1. Click Copy Raw HTML (advanced) below
2. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, name it NetBrain ANOPL, save & close Outlook
3. In File Explorer paste %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures in the address bar
4. Open NetBrain ANOPL.html in Notepad → Select All → Delete → Paste → Save
5. Reopen Outlook — signature will appear with the banner
